Information on the Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you who is not the insurer, acquired physical possession of the goods.
3. Notification
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Custom Racing by email at [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.
4. Compliance with the Withdrawal Period
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning your exercise of this right to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
5. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we explicitly agree on a different method. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
6. Right of Retention
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first.
7. Return of Goods
You must return or deliver the goods directly to Custom Racing (the address will be provided once we receive your email request) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is considered met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.
8. Cost of Returning Goods
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
9. Compensation for Diminished Value of Goods
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
